Introduction A highly effective single-step process has been established for the enantioselective transformation of α‐allenic alcohols into 2,3‐dihydrofurans, utilising both enzyme and ruthenium catalysts. This method integrates enzymatic kinetic resolution with ruthenium-catalysed cycloisomerisation to achieve exceptional enantioselectivity, reaching up to 99% ee. A ruthenium carbene species is suggested as a crucial intermediate in the cycloisomerisation process.
