The 500C Large Vacuum Oven with Vacuum Pump and Water Cooling DZF-6090-HT is a high-temperature vacuum and atmosphere oven capable of reaching up to 500℃. This unit features two heating zones in the chamber, each individually controlled by separate programmable temperature controllers. As a freestanding device, it is seamlessly integrated with a vacuum pump, a water chiller, and a gas flow meter, ensuring immediate usability. The vacuum capability reduces the drying temperature, mitigates oxidation, and protects organic materials.

Construction	The chamber is constructed from stainless steel, welded with support pieces. Two racks with SS304 heating plates inside the vacuum chamber for direct heating. Note: Never place samples directly on the heating plate; use a ceramic plate or a stainless-steel tray to hold the samples. Chamber material: Stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti Chamber size: 18 x 18 x 18", (460 x 460 x 460 mm, 91 litres, 3.4 Cubic Feet)
Temperature Control	Two programmable temperature controllers are equipped for discrete control of each heating element 30 segments programmable with ± 1℃ accuracy Continuous operating temperature: 50 - 500 ℃ Max. operating temperature: 550℃ for < 2 hours The maximum temperature difference between the two zones: 100℃. Temperature uniformity: ±5℃ in 12x12x12" chamber mid-zone. The software and PC interface module are available at an additional charge.
Vacuum Pump & Pressure Gauge	Two-stage vacuum pump with an exhaust filter installed at the bottom. Maximum vacuum: <133pa or 2 Torr Built-in mechanical vacuum gauge A gas flow meter with 1000 mL/min for monitoring gas display, filling, and flow. A rotary vane vacuum pump with exhaust filter, bellows, and KF-D25 inlet is included

Application Notes	For precise temperature measurement, calibration can be conducted using the temperature calibration kit. For further details on calibrating the oven temperature, please refer to the documentation.
Caution	After heating the oven to high temperatures, the chamber may become dull and discolour. These are normal phenomena that do not affect the oven's performance. All samples inside the chamber should not come into contact with the chamber wall.
