The Vertical Vacuum Oven 1100C with Flange is a vertical, vacuum-tight furnace featuring a quartz tube chamber measuring Ø200×Ø190×H425 mm, complete with flanges and valves made of stainless steel. This oven includes a Torr turbopump, capable of achieving a vacuum of 10^-5 Torr. It is designed for the calcination or annealing of semiconductor wafers (up to 8 inches in diameter) and can operate under vacuum or various gas atmospheres, reaching temperatures of up to 1100°C.
