Silicon Nitride Bonded Silicon Carbide Plate SNBC Plate 10 mm thick is produced using an engineered bonding process that integrates silicon nitride with silicon carbide. Stanford Advanced Materials (SAM) executes SEM inspections and calibrated thermal tests during production to monitor microstructural consistency and dimensional accuracy. The plate is fabricated to maintain a density of ≥2.7 g/cm³ and a thermal conductivity of 15 W/(m·k), ensuring performance up to 1450 °C under controlled processing conditions.
