Description of Flanges Made of Nickel MP35N High Performance Alloy
MP35N (UNS R30035) is an austenitic Ni-Co-Cr-Mo alloy that exhibits high mechanical strength and high corrosion resistance. It resists stress corrosion and aggressive environments, thereby justifying its use as both a fastener and a spring material. MP35N resists corrosion in hydrogen sulphide, salt water and other chloride solutions. Consequently, it is frequently selected for components in marine applications, such as cables that incorporate sensors for deep-sea measurements. It is also utilised in the automotive and aerospace industries.
