Red Nitride Phosphate Powder (YG630) Description
Ternary, quaternary and multicomponent covalently bonded nitrides, particularly silicon-based nitrides, exhibit a strong crystal structure, appropriate crystallisation sites occupied by activator atoms and multiple structural forms, thereby serving as an ideal matrix material for phosphors.
Our LED phosphors assist LCD manufacturers in producing displays with an extensive colour gamut by providing screens with highly accurate colour fidelity and materials compatible with high-performance colour filters. This range of LED phosphors exhibits consistent stability and efficiency. The phosphor series may be utilised in red LED housings or in combination with yellow or green phosphors for warm white or specialised LED configurations.
