Aluminate Phosphor Powder Description
Aluminate phosphors are modified YAG phosphors that exhibit chemical stability, resistance to ageing and a luminous conversion efficiency. The luminescence covers various colours, for example green, yellow‐green, yellow, orange, etc. They can be utilised in the manufacture of white LEDs with a range of colour temperatures and a high colour rendering index (Ra ≥90).
Properties:
- Broad emission, 120nm FWHM
- Selection of yellow and green wavelengths, 515–565nm
- Resistant to heat and moisture
- High thermal stability; retains 90% luminous output at 200℃
