Plastic Super Saddle Ring is enhanced from the plastic intalox saddle. The design incorporates a corrugated edge. This design enlarges the voids within the random packing and improves the gas-liquid distribution within the packed layers. The small openings on the are-shaped surface promote air circulation internally and externally while increasing the fluid's free passage.

Plastic Super Saddle Ring exhibits excellent strength and mass transfer performance. It has an extended liquid hold-up and residence time compared to traditional plastic raschig rings. Therefore, the Plastic Super Saddle Ring demonstrates improved separation effectiveness and enhanced mass transfer efficiency. It is suitable for demethanisation, production of sulphuric acid, dewaxed oil extraction purification, and phthalic anhydride refining.
