- Temperature control
To meet user requirements for grid balancing, a three‑phase variable single‑phase transformer may be provided; the furnace temperature is maintained between 1 400 °C and 2 400 °C; various methods of temperature control are available, including infrared, thermocouple and constant power.
- Easy to maintain
The design of the furnace tube assembly has been improved, thereby enabling rapid replacement of the furnace tube;
- Automation
The system can be equipped with automatic loading and unloading devices (allowing the simultaneous loading and unloading of multiple vessels). Different types of pusher mechanisms are available, such as motor drive with variable frequency control and intermittent cylinder push.
- Safety
The equipment is fitted with an automatic air lock door that prevents air ingress into the furnace. The double furnace door structure enhances safety and significantly extends the lifespan of the furnace tube.
The optional Compact Press Machine can substantially increase production capacity.
