Nimonic C-263 Bars are nickel-chromium-cobalt alloy bars (Ni-52%, Cr-20%, Co-20%, Mo-6%). They are solution-strengthened and hardened by γ' precipitates (Ni₃[Al,Ti]). They are designed for high-temperature applications. These applications require a creep resistance greater than 100 MPa at 800°C and thermal stability up to 900°C. Weldability is ensured for use in aerospace gas turbine components and high-stress exhaust systems.
