Description
Nickel-Chrom-Silicium (Ni/Cr/Si) vapor deposition materials combine the properties of nickel, chromium and silicon. This combination permits their use in a variety of thin-film deposition applications. They are used in physical vapour deposition (PVD) processes for coating substrates in the electronics and automotive industries. Their corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity and thermal stability satisfy the technical requirements in applications that demand wear resistance, thermal management and electrical conductivity. They are employed in the manufacture of components such as sensors, electronic devices and protective coatings. Their tailored composition and consistent deposition characteristics contribute to controlled thin-film deposition.
