Niobium Wire Description
Niob is a grey metal with low toxicity and a minimal tendency to tarnish. Its reactive properties cause niobium to assume a controllable and repeatable colour range when exposed to various voltages in an electrically charged bath; this process is known as anodising.
Niob Wire is frequently used in the steel, ceramics, electronics and nuclear industries as well as in superconductivity technology. Stanford Advanced Materials (SAM) supplies high-quality niobium wires.

Niobium Wire Applications
- Niobium wire is employed in the steel, ceramics, electronics and nuclear industries as well as in superconductivity technology.
- Niobium wire can be used for superconductors, cast ingots and alloying additives.
Packaging of Niobium Wire
Our niobium wire is handled carefully to minimise damage during storage and transport, thereby preserving the quality of our products in their original condition.
