Rhodium is a silver‐white refractory metal. It is a member of the platinum group together with Ruthenium, Palladium, Osmium, Iridium and Platinum. Rhodium is used primarily as one of the catalysts in three‐way catalytic converters in vehicles.
Purity: ≥99.9%
This collection of Rhodium evaporation materials has been developed for efficient thin film deposition for a range of applications.
Rhodium Pellets and Granulates: These materials have been developed for thermal evaporation processes. They facilitate controlled and uniform deposition and are used in electronics, optics and coatings.
Rhodium Wire: Rhodium wire is employed in both thermal and electron beam evaporation techniques. Its controlled evaporation produces thin films with precisely defined thickness.
Rhodium Sputtering Targets: These targets have been designed for Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD) processes. They enable uniform and consistent deposition in applications from electronics to decorative coatings.
Precise Deposition: The materials provide accurate control over thin film deposition. This control ensures uniformity and reproducibility.
Quality Assurance: Each material undergoes strict quality control to meet a purity level of ≥99.9%, ensuring consistency and reliable performance.
Technical Expertise: Technical experts in thin film deposition provide support for material selection and deposition techniques.
Versatility and Applicability: These materials have been applied in various fields, with documented improvements in thin film deposition processes.
Global Distribution: Our international distribution network provides access to the products, ensures timely delivery and maintains standard customer service.
Electronics and Optics: Use these materials for thin film deposition in electronic components, optical coatings and sensors.
Decorative Coatings: They are employed in jewellery, watch components and architectural elements, where both appearance and durability are required.
