CsI(Na) Scintillation Crystal Description:
CsI(Na) Scintillation Crystal is a new type of scintillation crystal material. It exhibits properties that are consistent with those of NaI(Tl) crystals. Its emission spectrum reaches a peak value that corresponds with the sensitivity of the PMT. It is not affected by temperature variations, thereby suitable for use in high-temperature environments and outdoor conditions.
Caesium iodide activated with sodium – CsI(Na) – is among the scintillators with high light output. It provides effective stopping power, has measured mechanical strength, and is applicable to a wide range of applications.
