Zinnselenide Powder Description
Zinnselenide Powder, or SnSe Powder, is a grey orthorhombic crystal that exhibits semiconductor properties. It is insoluble in water but soluble in nitric acid and aqua regia. Zinnselenide shows a low thermal conductivity and a moderate electrical conductivity, thereby permitting its use in thermoelectric materials. Stanford Advanced Materials (SAM) has accumulated over 20 years of experience in the manufacture and sale of Zinnselenide Powder.
