S20910 Stainless Steel Powder Description

S20910 Stainless Steel Powder is a high-strength austenitic stainless steel alloy known for its excellent corrosion resistance, particularly in harsh environments. It contains significant amounts of Chromium, Nickel, and Molybdenum as well as Nitrogen, which contribute to its high strength and corrosion resistance. S20910 Stainless Steel Powder is a manganese-alloyed austenitic stainless steel with improved corrosion resistance compared to 316L and 317L due to a higher Chromium content and approximately double the yield strength at room temperature. The alloy is typically utilised in the automotive industry, oil and gas industry, chemical processing, nuclear technology, and for general applications.

This metal powder is produced by inert gas atomisation (IGA), resulting in a powder with a spherical morphology that exhibits good flow properties and a high packing density.
