High purity and uniformity: The targets achieve a purity of ≥99.95%, controlling trace impurities (Fe, C, O) to below 50 ppm. Advanced processing ensures a fine grain size (≤15 µm), low porosity (<0.2 %) and surface roughness (Ra <0.8 µm after CMP polishing) for consistent sputtering performance.
