Description of Nickel‐Based Superalloy Powder
The nickel‐based superalloy powder comprises Ni‐Cr, Ni‐Mn and other stainless powders. It is engineered for high temperature operation and oxidation resistance, and is utilised at operational temperatures exceeding 500°C. Even at temperatures near its melting point, the nickel‐based superalloy powder demonstrates resistance to creep, sulfidation and oxidation.

Application of Nickel‐Based Superalloy Powder
Owing to its corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, heat resistance and low abrasive and adhesion wear, the nickel‐based superalloy powder is employed in various processes:
- Oxyacetylene spraying or deposition
- HVOF/HAFA spraying
- Plasma transferred arc (PTA) cladding
- Plasma spraying
- Laser cladding
- Induction melting cladding
- Centrifugal casting
- 3D printing and powder metallurgical processing
Packaging of Nickel‐Based Superalloy Powder
25 KG per drum or as required
The nickel‐based superalloy powder is clearly labelled to ensure accurate identification and quality control. It is handled carefully during storage and transport to avoid damage.
