Pyrolytic Boron Nitride (PBN) Pipes Description
Pyrolytic Boron Nitride Pipes are synthesised via the CVD process using BCl3 and NH3 at high temperature and low pressure. PBN products achieve a purity level of 99.99% or higher and remain very stable in vacuum or inert atmospheres. They exhibit anisotropic thermal conductivity, thereby making them a suitable material for the manufacture of components for furnaces and vacuum systems.
