Introduction	Organometallic catalysis offers a potent approach in chemical synthesis, leveraging metals that are both cost-effective and have low toxicity in line with green chemistry principles. Choosing the right metal is crucial for designing effective and applicable processes. Group V B metals have seen significant advancements in both organic and inorganic synthesis. This review summarises reports from recent decades on the development of group V B metals in a variety of reactions, including oxidation, reduction, alkylation, dealkylation, polymerisation, aromatisation, protein synthesis, and water splitting.
