Introduction	Testicular prostheses are employed to enhance cosmetic results and mitigate the psychological effects following the loss of native tissue, often due to trauma, neoplasm, or malignancy. Implant ruptures are typically trauma-related, and spontaneous ruptures are rare. We present a case of an unexpected spontaneous rupture in an asymptomatic individual following orchiectomy and the insertion of a silicone gel-filled prosthesis for left cryptorchidism. The importance of imaging in assessing implant integrity has grown significantly. By identifying imaging traits linked to implant rupture, radiologists can facilitate early detection of complications before clinical symptoms manifest.
