Vacuum Box Furnace VBF-1050X-H6 Description

The Vacuum Box Furnace is a compact vacuum furnace with a maximum operating temperature of 1,050℃. It features a ceramic heating module (B 260 x D 200 x H 120 mm) within a stainless steel vacuum chamber, capable of achieving a vacuum of ^10-4 Torr. It is the most cost-effective vacuum chamber furnace for material research. A φ1-inch quartz observation window allows monitoring of the heating status of the internal sample.

Features	The furnace material consists of high-purity alumina fibres, minimising energy loss; The furnace is insulated with graphite felt to more effectively retain heat; Double-layer mantle structure with air cooling system, ensuring that the surface temperature of the mantle does not exceed safe limits; Silicone door seal and locking mechanism provide excellent vacuum sealing; The inner door is equipped with tempered glass to ensure experiment safety.
