The cost-effective Microwave Rapid Heating Furnace KSL-MW-XX is a horizontal tube furnace, equipped with a programmable 3KW AC source, and represents an economical choice for the investigation of flash sintering techniques with ceramic materials. This furnace features an aluminium oxide tube with an 80 mm outer diameter and a movable sample holder, capable of pre-heating samples to temperatures of up to 1 600 °C. The sample holder employs a ceramic screw to press an electrical wire against the sample, which enables the current flow from the programmable AC source, adjustable up to 1 500 W.
