Titan Flange Description
Titanium flanges are produced from a titanium alloy that offers a high resistance to corrosion, increased strength and reduced mass. They resist chemically aggressive environments and are suitable for use in the oil, chemical and related industries. Titanium flanges have measured fatigue and creep performance which maintains operational consistency over time. They can be machined and assembled with standard methods. Titanium flanges serve in high-performance piping systems that require corrosion resistance and long-term durability.

Titan Flange Applications
1. Oil and Chemical Industry: Titanium flanges are used in this sector. They offer quantifiable corrosion resistance and strength. They are installed in pipelines, reactors and other process installations.
2. Aerospace Industry: Titanium flanges are applied in aircraft engines, airframes and related components. Their properties meet the technical requirements for critical parts.
3. Automotive Industry: Titanium flanges are used to improve corrosion resistance and reduce vehicle mass. They are positioned in fuel systems, exhaust assemblies and other components that require measured performance.
4. Medical Industry: Titanium flanges are used owing to their biocompatibility and resistance to corrosion. They find application in medical devices, implants and other long-term utilitarian uses.
Packaging of Titanium Flanges
Our titanium flanges are externally labelled and marked to support efficient identification and quality control. Measures are taken during storage and transport to prevent damage.
