The preparation of a Hard Carbon Single-Side Coated Anode Disc begins with the synthesis of hard carbon, which is typically derived from organic precursors such as phenolic resins, cellulose, or pitch through pyrolysis at temperatures ranging from 1000°C to 1300°C in an inert atmosphere to create a disordered carbon structure suitable for ion storage.
